I went to get my bumper scratch fixed yesterday, My experience with them was great! Shannon Carrier (I hope I spell his name correct) was nice and professional, he was very efficient too. I drove in during the lunch time and everything was completed by the end of the day. He made sure every spot was polished and touch up. I was very happy and impressed. Shannon was just great! I had my E350 Coupe repaired after a collision, I was hit in the driver's side rear panel. River Oaks did such an excellent job, you couldn't tell the car had ever been damaged. Six months later when I happened to sit in the backseat I noticed the headliner around the rear side window (at the repair site) had some discoloration. In addition, the trim had pulled away in one small spot from the headliner. I dropped by the shop one day, spoke with Mr Tim O'Keefe who said that he would have the issues taken care of. Fifteen minutes later I pulled away from shop with the issues resolved. In my book, that is excellent customer service.-Pam Rogers
